Its ideal for first time clients , homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in some time , seasonal refreshes, or any moment when your home just needs a deeper, more attentive touch.

This ensures a clean foundation that can be maintained with ongoing standard or customized cleaning services.

Our Eco-Smart Standard Clean is designed for regular, ongoing maintenance to keep your home consistently clean, tidy, and comfortable. This service is available on a weekly, bi weekly and monthly schedule. This service focuses on commonly used areas and routine cleaning tasks.

Scheduling and Rescheduling Policy

  • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.

  • One time appointment changes do not alter your ongoing cleaning schedule. Your original recurring service day and frequency will remain in place.

  • We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate one of date changes whenever availability allows, through alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

Move-In Reset

Our move in or out cleaning services is designed for homes that are empty or nearly empty and require a thorough, top to bottom clean . This service is ideal for tenants preparing for move out, homeowners selling a property, or clients moving into a new space .

Move Out Cleans focus on detail, buildup removal, and full reset cleaning, ensuring the home is left clean, fresh, and ready for its next occupant.

  • We bring all cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Home should be vacant or mostly vacant for best results

Final Cost is based on the actual time required to complete the service.
